
Perfectionism is multidimensional, and the dimensions are often differentially related to consequential outcomes. Perfectionistic concerns is the dimension that is most consistently linked to poor health and well-being.
My research over the past 13 years has highlighted the impact of perfectionism dimensions on health and well-being, as well as the possible reasons for these harmful effects.
