Our research takes a positive, strengths-based perspective on the nexus between health, the natural environment, well-being, and optimal functioning of the self.
We focus on understanding and addressing topics with real-world significance.
These include coping and thriving, adjustment to long-term conditions, nature-connectedness, pro-environmental behaviours, self-compassion, gratitude, authenticity, meaningful affective experiences, self-regulation, and mindfulness.
